Every month we offer wine tasting in our new wine cellar where you can taste a selection of 8 different wines each time based on a specific region and country. The event includes a tour of the hotel's new wine cellar, which is adorned with Bornholm granite. Our sommelier or restaurant manager will guide you through the tasting and provide insight into the wine's origin, production and the flavour notes you can expect to find. This is a great opportunity for both wine enthusiasts and novices to expand their knowledge. It is of course possible to book a table in the restaurant afterwards and enjoy a good dinner.
